Shipping policy

Refunds are not available for packages that are delayed or not delivered on the expected dates - Please be aware that we have no control over the speed of shipment or customs clearance for international orders. 

For non-customized orders, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt - To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition. Once we receive your return, we will inspect each item and issue a refund if they meet these criteria.As a small independent business, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please send your returns to our address in Germany.

For customized orders, we do not accept returns.
