Refund policy

Refunds are not available for packages that are delayed or not delivered on the expected dates.

Please be aware that we have no control over the speed of shipment or customs clearance for international orders.

For non-customized orders, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition. Once we receive your return, we will inspect each item and issue a refund if they meet these criteria.As a small independent business, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please send your returns to our address in Germany.

For customized orders, we do not accept returns.
